Privacy Policy

Liny's Academy ("we", "us") collects the personal data you submit through our forms — your name, WhatsApp number, age group, and chosen programme — solely to arrange and follow up on your free trial class and, where you've opted in, to send you programme updates.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• When you submit a form, your details are sent as a WhatsApp message to our business number. They are held in that WhatsApp conversation, which only authorised Liny's Academy staff can access; we do not store them in a separate database.
• Student testimonial videos on this site are embedded from Instagram and shown only with the students' permission. Nothing from Instagram loads unless you press play; if you do, Instagram (Meta) may collect data under its own privacy policy.
• If you opted in to marketing updates, we will only use your number for that purpose until you withdraw consent.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +65 8016 0729.
• If the learner is under 18, our forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

• The free trial class is offered once per new student and is subject to availability.

• Registering for a trial class does not create any binding obligation to enrol in a paid programme.
• Liny's Academy reserves the right to reschedule or decline a trial booking at its discretion.
